Packlistly and IncoDocs: how the plans are measured
Packlistly and IncoDocs both help exporters prepare shipping documents. Their plans are measured in different units: IncoDocs plans list a number of documents per month, while Packlistly plans list a number of shipments per month. In Packlistly, the first document set created for an order uses one shipment allowance; drafts, repeat downloads and revisions of that set do not use another, and pro forma invoices do not use an allowance.

How the units add up
One shipment usually needs several documents, for example a commercial invoice, a packing list and carton labels. In Packlistly those documents come from one order and count as one shipment. When you compare plans, count how many documents your typical shipment needs and how each plan counts them.
