Your client books the shipment. The cut-off gets closer, and the commercial invoice, the packing list and the SLI are still somewhere in an inbox. Someone on your team writes the same reminder for the third time, checks which version is the latest and puts the set together from email attachments.
Packlistly turns that into one checklist your client can see and one summary your team can read over coffee.

Enter your reference, choose the client and tick the documents you need: commercial invoice, packing list, shipper's letter of instruction, certificate of origin, B/L instructions, carton labels, safety data sheet, export license, or any document you name yourself. Add a cut-off date if there is one. If a document doesn't apply to a shipment, mark it "Not applicable".
Your client's contacts get an email with the list, set their own password and see one checklist. For each item they upload the file they already have. If they don't have one yet, they can create the commercial invoice, packing list, SLI and more in Packlistly and upload the PDF.
While something is missing, your client gets one reminder each weekday morning, at most five per shipment. Your team gets one summary every weekday morning and an email the moment the set is complete. Accept each document or ask for changes, then download the full set as one ZIP file.
Your clients don't pay anything to send you documents: they open your link and upload to your checklist. If they also use Packlistly to create their own export documents, that counts toward their own plan, which starts free.
