Terms of service
Effective date: 11 October 2026 · Version 1.0 · These policies are provided in English.
Who operates Packlistly?
Neta Ofis Kırtasiye Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Türkiye.
Registered business address: Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Kavak Sok. No:3A, Bahçelievler / İstanbul, Türkiye.
Account, product, privacy and refund questions: info@netatedarik.com.
1. Service and scope
Packlistly is software for businesses preparing supported international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, carton labels and shipping marks. Its checks identify supported inconsistencies in the supplied data. You remain responsible for accurate input, reviewing exceptions, obtaining required approvals and deciding whether documents meet your shipment, carrier and destination requirements.
The software does not provide customs clearance, legal advice, export licensing or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. Export licence/ECCN review, restricted-party screening, USMCA eligibility, CITES and signed dangerous-goods declarations are outside the current scope.
Only features shown as available in your current plan are included. Planned or “coming soon” features are not included deliverables. Connections require compatible systems, configuration and appropriate access. A native connection to every ERP or WMS is not promised.
2. Accounts and business records
Keep access credentials and second-factor recovery information secure. Company owners must assign appropriate team permissions. Upload only information you are authorised to use. Do not use the service unlawfully, compromise its security or access another company's records. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or a security incident.
You retain rights in your business data and authorise its processing to provide the requested service. Customer-controlled personal data may require separate controller–processor terms; contact us to arrange these before using the service for a workflow that requires them.
3. Plans, trials and payments
The pricing page describes prices and capacity limits. Free requires no payment card. The advertised cardless 14-day trial does not automatically create a paid subscription; it returns to Free when it ends. A paid purchase requires a separate checkout.
Any recurring charge, currency, applicable taxes and billing interval are disclosed at checkout. Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paid access starts only after a successful payment has been confirmed. Sandbox transactions are tests, do not charge real money and do not activate a paid production plan.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid Paddle subscription through the subscription management link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation prevents future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Our Refund Policy provides a 14-day full refund guarantee for your first paid subscription payment, alongside applicable mandatory rights.
Subscription cancellation is separate from deleting your business records. Contact us for account assistance or data export/deletion requests.
5. Product ownership, availability and changes
Your plan provides access to Packlistly; it does not transfer ownership of the software. No particular time saving, uninterrupted availability or suitability for every shipment is guaranteed. Advertised examples of savings are illustrative; measure the complete workflow in your own business.
We will identify material changes to these terms and their effective date on this page, and notify account contacts where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
