FICTIONAL EXAMPLES · 10 SAMPLE PDFS

See the documents before your first order.

Explore all 10 document formats with fictional PDF examples.

Preview or download invoices, packing documents, origin declarations and sea-shipment instructions. Includes proforma, USMCA and VGM examples. No account or upload is needed.

Sample data, for layout only

Do not use sample documents for shipping. Most examples share the same fictional item and packing data. USMCA uses a separate Canada-bound example; VGM uses an FCL sea shipment. Use the interactive example to explore deliberate check discrepancies.

Your own order uses your actual seller, buyer, product and packing details. Review the shipment before using its documents. Opening these samples does not create a shipment or use your allowance.

Large order example (fictional)

210 product lines and 210 carton rows, with shared invoice and packing details. English PDFs for layout review only; not for shipping.

Excel import template

One shipment per workbook. The example rows are fictional: replace or delete them before use. Keep the Shipment, Lines and Packing sheet names and column keys.

Using your own spreadsheet instead? Upload it and match your columns on the next screen; you confirm kg/lb and cm/in there.

Required below means checked by the invoice-content check, not rejected by the file parser. Unit price is conditional for no-charge items; a customs value is required instead. Packing rows must match invoice quantities; weights and dimensions are checked separately. Missing or invalid values are flagged for review.
