I prepare export documents

From an order file to a checked document set.

Follow a fictional three-item order. See the source file, a packing difference, the corrected PDFs and a second order.

P0-EXPORT-01 → P0-EXPORT-02FICTIONAL DATA

From the first step to the next shipment

  1. Bring the order file

Three steel-bracket items, 10 pieces each, in three cartons. The CSV has prices, weights in kg and dimensions in cm. The same import supports Excel (.xlsx).

    Download the source CSV
  2. Map, preview, confirm

Match columns, confirm kg / cm and decimal format, then inspect all three imported lines before saving. The mapping is saved for later imports.

  3. A difference stops finalization

In the review form we change the first item to 9 packed pieces while the invoice still says 10. The quantity check blocks document creation. This is an entered-data check, not an audit of the source ERP.

  4. Correct and review

Confirm the physical count and enter 10 packed pieces. Complete buyer, seller, invoice reference, date and shipping terms; answer the applicable checks. The quantity block clears.

  5. Create the actual PDFs

Packlistly generates the invoice, packing list and carton labels shown here. Download the generated set as one ZIP. Only formats applicable to this order are included; not every order produces all ten formats.

    Download the document ZIP
  6. Use it again for the next order

Copy the shipment. The new reference and date need to be entered again; the prior document approval is not carried over. We change the first item to 12 pieces, review again and create P0-EXPORT-02. The first order stays at 10. Job-specific lot / expiry values also need fresh input when applicable.
